2、研究内容
致力于肝脏和代谢生物学研究18年，研究广泛涵盖多种内外源物质的代谢，开辟了新型转录因子Kruppel-like factor（KLF）调控内外源物质代谢的新领域，开创对KLF15调控内外源物质代谢的研究，发现肠道KLF15是肝脏胆汁酸合成的关键调节器、肝脏KLF15是内源胆汁酸、固醇类激素和外源药物对乙酰氨基酚代谢的中心调控节点。以上研究成果以第一和通讯作者在Nature Communications和Nature Metabolism发表。
